Identify top 5 highly used and top 5 least used practices
Visualize gaps in alignment between organizational entities or resources
Use standard roster of 5 role levels in the organization, spread over up to 3 organizational entities.
Select and invite 50 employees globally to participate.

Requirement: 100% participation and completion.

Duration

4 weeks total project duration:

1 week to invite all participants to the assessment
1 week to collect respondents’ contributions
1 week to process the data into meaningful information
up to one week to discuss the outcomes, on-premises or by conference call.
