 | Joost Allard Founder & CEO, Allinnova LLC | | | Joost has overall responsibility for developing Allinnova into an online tools and services company with products and services that address the need for improving success rates for strategic alliance business models in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Allinnova’s focus is on enabling collaborative organizations to attract, develop and grow high quality Alliances and Partnering relationships.
Allinnova is a customer focused, innovation oriented company that embraces partnering as a key aspect of its business model. The company arranges roundtable programs, collaborative development projects and corporate training on partnering best practices.
Allard founded Allinnova after 10 years in various consulting roles involving Alliance Management. Prior to that, he was a key member of IT teams introducing innovative business software to medical equipment, financial services and regulatory industry.
He has spoken and moderated at several alliance management conferences and workshops in Europe and the US, and writes about how to make collaboration work in his blog “partnering ready?”. He has volunteered for several organizations dedicated to building healthy communities locally.
Allard was born in the Netherlands and holds degrees in International Management, Banking and IT Management and Education from universities in Europe and the US. He currently lives in Ann Arbor, USA, where he enjoys his family, traveling and outdoor sports. In the winter season he volunteers as a Ski Patroller in Detroit.
